This is a 'traditional' lasagne al forno....layers of silky soft pasta, creamy bechamel and tasty vegan mince ragu, baked in the oven until bubbling to overflowing and lovingly portioned up for you to reheat in a flash. The ragu has been slow cooked with garlic, fresh basil and sundried tomatoes for a deep flavour. If it's good enough for Garfield, it's good enough for us.

Passata, durum wheat pasta, soy milk, water, tomatoes, textured soy protein mince, onion, garlic, sundried tomatoes, basil, rosemary, lemon juice, cornflour, stock, nutritional yeast, seasonings.

Contains gluten and soy. Nut-free, sugar-free, vegan ,may contain small amount of sulphites from sundried tomatoes, free of artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Though we have added no nuts, these as well as other allergens may be these present due to other meals cooked in the same area. Suitable for freezing.

Serves 2, this dish is mild.

Serving suggestion - Serve lasagne hot with a crisp garden salad (perhaps olives, spanish onions, cherry tomatoes) with Italian dressing. Or serve with garlic bread or warm ciabatta/foccaccia. Top lasagne with grated bio-cheese for extra comfort!

Cooking Instructions
Cook from unfrozen -

Microwave - Microwave from thawed - in a microwave safe dish (provided) cover lightly and heat on full power for between 2 to 3 minutes (depending on your microwave), checking once or twice. It may need longer. Microwave ovens vary. Check that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Microwave from frozen - heat on high in 2 minute increments, checking the product his hot throughout, skewering with a fork to help the heat to disperse. Serve when piping hot. Add a splash of plant milk over your lasagne if moisture is needed.

Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4 degrees or below until 'use by' date, or freeze immediately at a temperature of -18 degrees C or colder. Freeze for the correct period in accordance with your appliance (as the use by date refers only to refrigeration period) and defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Defrosting instructions - Ideally thaw package overnight in the refrigerator. Also can be defrosted in the microwave on low or defrost setting, checking and stirring frequently. Heat immediately after defrosting. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
